Transparent Filler Masterbatch
Transparent Filler Masterbatch includes nano-precipitated BaSO₄ type and sodium sulfate (Na₂SO₄) type, both are odorless white crystalline solid particles insoluble in water. The BaSO₄ type features high transparency and purity, with excellent compatibility with PP, PE; the Na₂SO₄ type is made of virgin PE polymers and advanced vertical grinder-processed powder, showing superior transparency in film blowing. It excels in high refractive index, uniform particle distribution, chemical and weather resistance, meeting filling needs while retaining substrate transparency and mechanical properties, and is widely used for plastic enhancement, modification and cost optimization via blow molding, injection molding and extrusion.

Core Advantages
- perior Transparency & Brightness: BaSO₄ type retains over 90% light transmittance (up to 50% addition in PE films); Na₂SO₄ type boosts film clarity and gloss, reduces haze, with better transparency than conventional sodium fillers in film blowing.
- Excellent Compatibility & Smooth Processing: Good plasticizing effect with plastics, no equipment/process modification needed for direct mixing; uniform particle distribution ensures stable dispersion and high-speed film blowing with minimal screen blockage.
- Mechanical Performance Retention & Enhancement: BaSO₄ type minimizes loss of tensile/impact strength; Na₂SO₄ type enhances tensile properties and tenacity, ensuring structural reliability of final products.
- Cost-saving & Value-added: Significantly reduces plastic production costs (especially PE blown film); improves product gloss, hardness and chemical resistance, realizing cost reduction without quality sacrifice.
- High Stability & Environmental Friendliness: Outstanding chemical/weather resistance, low volatility, stable storage and high tenacity; non-toxic, compliant with ROHS & REACH, meeting global environmental standards.
Usage & Dosage
- Usage Method: Directly mix uniformly with plastic raw materials before processing and production.
- Recommended Dosage: 10-20% for general applications; 10-80% adjustable range based on product requirements and processing technology.
Application Fields
- Core Scenarios: Films, sheets, pipes (drain pipes), containers, injection-molded products, home appliance shells, audio equipment (speakers), shoe soles, plastic coins, etc.
- Applicable Requirements: Suitable for high-end products requiring high transparency, enhanced performance (e.g., chemical resistance, gloss) across multiple plastic processing fields.
Quality Assurance
Nofanda Group Ltd. relies on its own modern production base equipped with internationally advanced testing centers. The products have passed ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System certifications, achieving world-class standards in terms of stability, environmental friendliness, and sustainability, providing you with reliable product guarantees.

Notes
- Avoid dampness of the product before application to prevent affecting the defoaming effect.
- The mixed raw materials should be used up within a short time to avoid the desiccant masterbatch losing effectiveness due to absorbing moisture in the air and potentially causing filter blockage.
- Check the packaging integrity before use; unused desiccant masterbatch should be heat-sealed and stored promptly.
