Black Masterbatch

Aiming to solve the difficulty of carbon black dispersion, we adopt organic toughening dispersants for the special processing and modification of carbon black. This reduces the surface energy of lipophilic carbon particles, and the selected dispersants facilitate the diffusion of carbon black, enabling the uniform distribution of fine carbon black particles. Usage & Dosage

Mix the product with raw materials. The dosage can be adjusted according to customers’ product requirements and the desired color effect.

Application Scope

It is applicable to various plastic products, including:

Plastic film products: Garbage bags, packaging films, agricultural mulch films, geotextile films, milk films, cast films, composite films, construction films, etc.
Injection molding grade plastic products: Trash cans, medicine bottles, etc.
Pipe grade plastic products: Drainage pipes, PE/PVC pipes, etc.

Packaging & Storage

Packaging: The outer packaging is a paper-plastic composite bag, and the inner packaging is a plastic bag. Each bag weighs 25kg and is sealed to prevent moisture and contamination.
Storage: The product should be stored in a clean, ventilated, dry, and cool place, avoiding sunlight and rain. Do not stack with volatile or corrosive substances.

Notes

Avoid dampness of the product before application to prevent affecting the defoaming effect.
The mixed raw materials should be used up within a short time to avoid the desiccant masterbatch losing effectiveness due to absorbing moisture in the air and potentially causing filter blockage.
Check the packaging integrity before use; unused desiccant masterbatch should be heat-sealed and stored promptly.
