Desiccant Masterbatch

Desiccant Masterbatch is a new type of functional masterbatch designed to resolve bubble issues during the processing of PE or PP plastics. Before plastic molding, simply add a small amount of this masterbatch and mix it with raw materials. Usage & Dosage

Application Scenarios and Addition Ratios:
- Film blowing and pipe production: Addition ratio of 1%-5%;
- Sheet and injection molding production: Addition ratio of 3%-5%;
Usage Method: Before plastic molding, fully blend the desiccant masterbatch with plastic raw materials, then proceed with subsequent processing.
Flexible Adjustment: The addition ratio can be appropriately adjusted according to the moisture content of raw materials, processing technology, and product requirements.

Widely applicable to various PE and PP plastic processed products such as film products, pipes, sheet products, and injection-molded products. It effectively solves quality problems such as bubbles and pinholes caused by moisture in raw materials during production.

Notes

Avoid dampness of the product before application to prevent affecting the defoaming effect.
The mixed raw materials should be used up within a short time to avoid the desiccant masterbatch losing effectiveness due to absorbing moisture in the air and potentially causing filter blockage.
Check the packaging integrity before use; unused desiccant masterbatch should be heat-sealed and stored promptly.
