White Masterbatch

This white masterbatch is a high-concentration special color concentrate, refined through advanced production processes with high-purity titanium dioxide (TiO₂) as the core colorant, combined with premium carrier resins and high-efficiency dispersing additives. Widely compatible with various plastic substrates including PE, PP, PS, ABS and PET, it is specially designed for the coloring and brightening needs of all types of plastic products.

Usage & Dosage

Mix the product with raw materials evenly. The dosage can be adjusted according to customers’ product requirements and the desired whiteness effect.

Application Scope

It is applicable to various plastic products, including:

Plastic film products: Food packaging films, silage wrap films, shopping bags, protective films, agricultural mulch films, etc.
Injection molding grade plastic products: Household appliance parts, plastic toys, medicine bottles, auto parts, daily necessities, etc.
Pipe grade plastic products: Water pipes, drainage pipes, PE/PVC pipes, dripping irrigation pipes, cable sheathing articles, etc.

Packaging & Storage

Packaging: The outer packaging is a paper-plastic composite bag, and the inner packaging is a plastic bag. Each bag weighs 25kg and is sealed to prevent moisture and contamination.
Storage: The product should be stored in a clean, ventilated, dry, and cool place, avoiding sunlight and rain. Do not stack with volatile or corrosive substances.

Notes

Avoid dampness of the product before application to prevent affecting the defoaming effect.
The mixed raw materials should be used up within a short time to avoid the desiccant masterbatch losing effectiveness due to absorbing moisture in the air and potentially causing filter blockage.
Check the packaging integrity before use; unused desiccant masterbatch should be heat-sealed and stored promptly.
